Shipping Policy

Thanks in advance for shopping with us! Our products are made in small batches and order processing is between 7-10 business days. Orders are also shipped out once a week. Once processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Holiday Shipping Policy: order processing days May increase due to increased volume of orders and the speed of the postal service.

We are not responsible for any packages that may have been lost or stolen. Please contact us for shipping update and your local post office and file a claim. 

Refund Policy

Made By Mahogany, LLC does not provide refunds or exchanges. If your products are damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 3-5 business days and we can further assess next steps--Madebymahogany42@gmail.com. 

Natural Product Policy 

All of our products contain various natural oils especially our body custards. These oils liquify in warm settings-- especially warm settings during the shipping process. If this occurs, pop your product in the freezer for 45min- 1 hour. 

Safety First!

Each of our products are handmade in a sterile environment utilizing natural ingredients--including essential oils. If you have any allergies, are an expectant/ breastfeeding mama, guardian of a child under the age of 6 and the child may want to use a product, or have any other medical conditions, please consult a physician about usage.
